Welcome to a new school year at the Trotwood-Madison Early Learning Center!

The Early Learning Center has a proud tradition of providing a caring, engaging, and supportive environment where our youngest learners can thrive. As your principal, I am honored to join this outstanding school community. My goal is to build upon the strong foundation that has already been established by working alongside our dedicated staff and partnering with you to provide the very best educational experience for every child.

I believe that every child has unique strengths and unlimited potential. Together, we can create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, challenged, and excited to learn each day. Open communication, mutual trust, and collaboration will be at the heart of our work as we strive to help every student grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

This school year, our focus will remain on 100% Student Success. We are committed to improving the academic achievement of every student by strengthening reading and mathematics instruction, with a particular emphasis on developing strong literacy skills. Through high-quality instruction, meaningful learning experiences, and strong partnerships between home and school, we will ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
